Abnormal analysis:
The back of the carbon belt is astringent, the amount of back coating is small, and the friction is large;
The printer is under too much pressure;
The machine print is set to “thermal” mode
Troubleshooting, solution:
Use a self-adhesive to stick the back coating of the carbon tape to see if it is easy to peel off. If it is difficult to peel off, it can be concluded that it is a leaky back;
Adjust the printer pressure, reduce the print head pressure on the premise of clear printing;
In the printer “Printing Preferences” change back to “thermal transfer mode”
Self-adhesive consists of four parts: surface material, adhesive, backing paper, and printing ink.
