The printed label is darker on one side and lighter on the other side

Abnormal analysis:

Ribbon coating is uneven (back coating or top coating);

The print head or rubber roller shaft is dirty;

Uneven pressure on the printer;

One side of the rubber roller shaft is worn;

Troubleshooting, solution:

Observe whether there is any obvious difference in the ribbon coating;

Clean the print head and rubber roller shaft with alcohol cotton;

Adjust the left and right pressure of the printer. Note: Industrial machines have a special pressure adjustment device, some desktop machines have it and some don’t;

Check whether the rubber roller shaft is worn, if the wear is serious, only replace the rubber roller shaft;
