Frequently asked questions about using carbon ribbon in printers.

1 carbon ribbon wrinkling
Wrinkling of carbon ribbon will lead to a situation that a small area on the carbon ribbon is printed without words, because the melting temperature of two layers of carbon ribbon is much higher than that of one layer.

2
There is a blank in the carbon belt
Because the optical film is not handled well, it will cause incomplete printing and blank.

three
There are bubbles in the carbon belt
Bubbles in the carbon ribbon are caused by the uneven application of ink, which will lead to incomplete words when printing.

four
The tolerance of the inner diameter of the paper core is too large or too small.
Inappropriate inner diameter of the paper core will cause the carbon ribbon not to fit into the printer, or the shaft will not be able to take up the carbon ribbon.

five
Paper core has running edges.
It will cause the tape to break and the edge will not print.

six
Excessive transportation temperature
Carbon ribbon will stick together at high temperature.

seven
Winding is too tight or too loose
When the carbon tape is processed, it will be wound too tightly or too loosely on the paper core, which will cause the carbon tape to be unable to match the printer well when it is running.
